and its Relationship to Teaching Performance in Teachers of Physical Education and Sports-The study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between personal intelligence (self-social) and educational performance among teachers of physical education and sports.

The researcher used the descriptive method for his convenience about the subject.

The sample consisted of (30) physical education and sports teachers who teach the 3rd level (secondary) in M'sila.

The researcher used a multiple intelligence scale and a questionnaire assessing performance among teachers of physical education and sports.

Results of the studyThe results of the study of "personal intelligence (self-social) and its relationship with performance among teachers of physical education and sport" showed that there are: - A highly coherent relationship between personal intelligence (self-social) and educational performance among teachers of physical education and sports.

- A highly coherent relationship between personal intelligence and educational performance among teachers of physical education and sports.

- A highly coherent relationship between personal social intelligence and educational performance among teachers of physical education and sports.
