Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of the leadership styles with their three variables (democratic, autocratic and Laissez Faire ) on the organizational learning of the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company Bechar.

The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study.

Statistical analysis was carried out to collect the raw data consisting of the answers of the study sample, through SPSS programs and AMOS to analyze data by modeling the structural equations.

Organizational Learning.

, The study found a positive and statistically significant relationship between the three leading types (democratic, autocratic and Laissez Faire) with organizational learning.
