The safety of linguistic communication require the safety from linguistic mistakes, and the safety from the linguistic mistakes demand the integration of the linguistic levels (morphological, grammatical, phonetic, and semiotic levels) which are all not divided, so that if the mistake in any of these levels can lead directly to the mistake in another one, andwhen it verifies so that can blind the semiotic and destroy it.

And that is the goal from the communicating process.
