Abstract EN

The principles of Islamic economics were keen on the stability of contracts, financial transactions and the preservation of rights between the contractors.

The aim of this research was to explain a number of legislations that had a role in achieving contract stability, as well as a number of provisions and legislations that protect the rights of people and prevent harm to them.

In this study, the researcher followed the inductive approach by following some relevant legal texts as well as the deductive approach to analyze these texts and provisions and clarify their role in contract stability and preserving rights.

The study concluded that the system of legislation in the Islamic economy has included a number of legislations and provisions that worked to document rights and stability of financial contracts, prevent infringement of them, and prohibit harm to contractors.
