Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to determine the nature of the events that Tunisiaexperienced (knew) at the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011, which prompted the president to step down his post, according to EL KHABAR newspaper, it aims also to find out who are the actors driving these events, the conflict between them, monitoring the origin of conflict, its stages of development, its different active parts, and their roles.

It also tries to know the picture it has drown about those actors, the idea that it wants to convey on them, through a content analysis tool.

in addition to relying on two types of approaches: the first is studying the characters through their being-who they are- where the same character sometimes has many personal labels and caps, many shapes and facets.

The second is through the GRIMACE practical model which study the role of a character in series of events and its relationship with other participants
