The scientific and technological development in different fields, created a various new criminal forms, and the traditional methods of research and investigations are no more considered as adequate methods to face that sorts of crime, that why it is necessary to choose a new procedures which mach more with the new criminal used methods and give more results to fight them, the Algerian legislator adopted a special procedures more adapted to investigate about organized crimes in general and corruption offense in particular, by low 06-22 of December 20, 2006 and low 15-01 of july 23, 2015 amendings and supplementings the code of criminal procedure, taking into account the mows and orders regularing the judicial authorities, the latest of wich is low 17-07 of march 27, 2017 so that the phases of investigation and the collection of inferences that are professionally assigned to the judicial authorities are important in highlighting the crimes, this is our area of study.
