تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في المكانة القانونية التي تحظى بها المرأة العسكري في الجزائر بالنظر لما يوفره لها التشريع العسكري من حقوق و امتيازات تعادل أو قد تفوق تلك التي يتمتع بها الرجل العسكري من جهة و النساء العاملات في القطاعات الأخرى من جهة ثانية.
فتتمتع المرأة العسكري بحقوق ذات طابع مالي مثل الحق في أجر ملائم و الحق في التأمينات الاجتماعية على المخاطر المهنية.
و حقوق ذات طابع اجتماعي أو صحي و حقوق أخرى ذات طابع مهني و طابع أمني
Abstract EN
In Algeria military women have an important legal status.
They are offered rights and privileges by military legislation that are equal to or may exceed those enjoyed by the military man on one hand and women working in the other sectors on the other hand.
Military women have financial rights, such as the right to an adequate remuneration and the right to social insurance against all occupational risks.
Women have also rights of a social or health nature, and rights of a professional nature.
In addition to this, military women have security rights.
