Political parties seek to gain power and calls for democracy and trading on judgment, while what is required is the application of democracy within its branches, which is a challenge to its credibility, because democracy within the party is a prerequisite for the creation of effective and sustainable institutions, and encourage the culture of dialogue and deliberation of critical issues and of collective ownership of decisions, It also reduces the opportunistic and arbitrary use of the authority delegated to the elected bodies, which is completely contrary to the dominance of the oligarchy and the minority's control over the resolution, and from the importance of intra-party trading, this study will focus on its assessment at the level of the Algerian parties and how this will be reflected in the democratic system in Algeria.
