Abstract EN

This study aims to indicate to the role of the patent in the protection of micro-organisms.

The significance of this study emerges from the paper to demonstrate the statement of the leading role the patent played in the protection of the microorganisms that were divided into threesections.

This examination deals with the first part that the concept of patent jurisprudence and law.

The second part intends acquittal to make a statement invention leading to the definition of patent concept on how to obtain patents that support the biotechnology whereas.

The third part deals with the role of the patent in the protection of micro-organism .

The findings of this study came out that inventions that do not have industrial application of biotechnology working for closing the technical fields will never be granted a patent enjoy protection.

Further, the study found out that it should be strict when examining the objective conditions for the inventions of biotechnology that lacks updating and inventions that lead to exploiting since that will reflect on product price.
