Textual linguistics is one of the most recent branches of linguistics; it studies textual criteria by demonstrating cohesion and coherence in the texts that lead to its connectivity and affinity in the form and meaning.

The interpreters of the Holy Quran, among them ACHANQUITI, used the language research methods and techniques in the new studies and one of the pillars used to demonstrate textual coherence.

Among these means the referential demonstrative pronouns.
