الهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إسهام تجار التجزئة في حماية المستهلك الجزائري بولاية أدرار و ذلك من خلال تحديد المواد التي أضرت به و رصد الممارسات الخاطئة للتجار التي جعلت المواد تضر بالمستهلك و قياس رضاه عن مجهودات تجار التجزئة في توفير الحماية له.
فحصت هذه الدراسة آراء عينة قوامها (112) مفردة من المستهلكين في ولاية أدرار و لاختبار الفرضيات تم استخدام أسلوب الانحدار المتعدد و اختبار (F).
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: تتحدد المنتجات التي اشتراها المستهلك الجزائري ووجدها غير صالحة للاستهلاك في: المواد الغذائية وجبات المطاعم المواد شبه الصيدلانية الخضر و الفواكه الألبسة و الأحذية.
كما أبدى المستهلك الجزائري عدم رضا عن مجهودات التجار في توفير الحماية له.
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the contribution of retailers in protecting the Algerian consumer in the state of Adrar.
A convenience sample of (112) items consists of different categories was taken.
In order to examine hypotheses, this study using the multiple regression and (F) test.
The main results of this study were as follow: - The Algerian consumer found the following products are unsuitable for use and consumption: foodstuffs, restaurant meals, semi-pharmaceuticals, vegetables, fruits and clothing.
- The Algerian consumer was completely dissatisfied with the duty of the sellers to protecting him.
