من بين المفكرين و الكتاب في العالم الإسلامي التي قدر لها أن تلعب دورا قوميا و إسلاميا بقلمها و فكرها من أجل تحرير شعوب العالمين العربي و الإسلامي العلامة محب الدين الخطيب.
و من بين القضايا التي اهتم بها القضية الكردية في تركيا بعد سقوط الخلافة العثمانية يوم 3 مارس 1923م.
و هذا ما سنحاول التطرق إليه في هذا المقال مع الإشارة بنظرة تاريخية لهذا الشعب الذي قدم الكثير للأمة الإسلامية جهادا و حضارة و نضاله الدؤوب من أجل إثبات ذاتيته و خصوصياته كشعب مسلم شرقي بعيد عن محاولات الإذابة و الصهر التي انتهجتها الدول التي قسم عليها الاستعمار الأوربي بلاد كردستان.
Abstract EN
The Penalty of the work for the public benefit is considered as one of the modern alternative sanctions that were beginning to resort to by the most of the countries in the criminal policy, In order to reform convicts and rehabilitation.
The Algerian legislature adopted this type of punishment under the amendment of the Penal Code by Law 09-01, as an alternative to short-term imprisonment, subject to the application of a number of conditions.
This study aims at defining the public benefit penalty, defining its characteristics, as well as stating the conditions and procedures for its implementation.

Parmi les penseurs et les écrivains du monde islamique destinés à jouer un rôle national et musulman en écrivant et en pensant pour libérer les peuples des mondes arabe et islamique, se trouve Al-alama Muhib Eddine Al -Khatib.
Et parmi les problèmes traités par ce dernier, la question kurde en Turquie après la chute du califat ottoman le 19 mars 1923.
Et c'est ce que nous tenterons de traiter dans cet article, en faisant référence à une vision historique de ce peuple, qui a beaucoup donné à la nation islamique avec sa civilisation et son djihad, ainsi que sa lutte acharnée pour prouver ses particularités en tant que peuple oriental musulman, loin des tentatives de fusion inspirées par le colonialisme européen qui a divisé le Kurdistan.
