نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تحليل سوق العمل الجزائري و المغربي من أجل معرفة أهم المشاكل التي يعاني منها هذين السوقين بالاستعانة بمعطيات حول الشغل و البطالة مستخرجة من الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات بالجزائر و المندوبية السامية للإحصاء بالمغرب و كذا البنك الدولي.
كما تطرقنا في بحثنا إلى التجربة الماليزية كنموذج ناجح يمكن السير على خطاه من خلال تتبع السياسات و الخطط التي عمل بها في القضاء على كل مظاهر البطالة بهذا البلد.
Abstract EN
In this paper we try to analyze the Algerian and Moroccan labor market, in order to understand the main problems facing these two markets.
Using data about employment and unemployment derived from the National Bureau of Statistics in Algeria, the High Commission for Statistics in Morocco and the World Bank.
We also discussed the Malaysian experience as a successful model, In order to follow the policies and plans that he worked to eliminate unemployment.

Dans cet article, nous essayons d'analyser le marché du travail algérien et marocain afin de comprendre les principaux problèmes auxquels sont confrontés ces deux marchés.
Utilisant des données sur l'emploi et le chômage tirées du Bureau national de statistique en Algérie, du Haut-Commissariat aux statistiques du Maroc et de la Banque mondiale.
Nous avons également discuté de l'expérience malaisienne en tant que modèle réussi, afin de suivre les politiques et les plans qu'il a utilisés pour éliminer le chômage
