تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء أساس نظري و تحليلي حول موضوع التمويل الجماعي بصفته مصدر تمويل للشركات الناشئة من أجل تحليل وضعية التمويل الجماعي بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط و شمال إفريقيا و إمكاناته في سد الفجوة التمويلية للشركات الناشئة.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التمويل الجماعي يعتبر آلية تمويل مناسبة لزيادة فرص تمويل الشركات الناشئة فقد تبين أن منصات التمويل الجماعي الناشطة بمنطقة الشرق الوسط و شمال إفريقيا أسهمت في تمويل عدد كبير من الشركات الناشئة ما من شأنه أن يساعد في سد الفجوة التمويلية المتعلقة بالاستثمارات في الشركات الناشئة
Abstract EN
This study aimed to build a theoretical and analytical foundation on crowdfunding, as a source of funding for startups, in order to analyze the situation of crowdfunding in the MENA region and its potential to bridge the funding gap for startups.
The study found that crowdfunding is an appropriate funding mechanism to increase opportunities for startups, as it was found that crowdfunding platforms active in the MENA region have contributed to the financing of a large number of startups, helping to bridge the funding gap related to investments in startus

Cette étude visait à construire une base théorique et analytique sur le financement participatif, en tant que source de financement pour les start-ups, afin d’analyser la position du financement participatif dans la région MENA et son potentiel à combler le déficit de financement des startups.
L’étude a révélé que le financement participatif est un mécanisme de financement approprié pour accroître les possibilités de financement des startups, et il a été constaté que les plateformes actives de financement participatif au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique du Nord ont contribué au financement d’un grand nombre de startups, ce qui contribuera à combler le déficit de financement lié aux investissements dans les startup
