يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في مختلف المتغيرات الاقتصادية وتوضيح الدور الذي يمكن لهذه المؤسسات أن تلعبه من اجل إنعاش الاقتصاد الجزائري خاصة في ظل التقلبات التي تشهدها السوق النفطية و التي أثرت بشكل كبير على التوازنات الاقتصادية في الجزائر مما دفع بالسلطات العمومية في الجزائر إلى البحث عن بدائل من شأنها تخفيف الصدمات و إعادة التوازن إلى مختلف المؤشرات الاقتصادية.
وقد توصلنا إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة مازالت حديثة النشأة ولم تبلغ بعد المكانة اللائقة بها على المستوى الاقتصادي الكلي نظرا لاصطدامها في الواقع الاقتصادي بمجموعة من العوائق التي حالت دون تطورها بالشكل المطلوب وذلك رغم الجهود التي قامت الدولة باتخاذها لبعث الحيوية و الفعالية في هذا القطاع.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this study is to study the contribution of small and medium-sized enterprises to revive the Algerian economy, especially in light of the fluctuations of the oil market which have strongly affected the economic equilibrium in Algeria, which has incited the Algerian public authorities to seek alternative solutions to mitigate shocks and rebalance the various economic indicators .
We have found that small and medium-sized enterprises have not yet reached their rightful place in the macroeconomic environment because of their confrontation with many obstacles that prevent them from developing, despite the efforts of the State to revitalize and improve its efficiency.

Le but de cette étude est d'étudier la contribution des petites et moyennes entreprises à la relance de l'économie algérienne, notamment à la lumière des fluctuations du marché pétrolier qui ont fortement affecté l'équilibre économique en Algérie, ce qui a incité les autorités publiques algériennes rechercher des solutions alternatives pour atténuer les chocs et rééquilibrer les différents indicateurs économiques.
Nous avons constaté que les petites et moyennes entreprises n’ont pas encore retrouvé la place qui leur revient dans l’environnement macroéconomique en raison des nombreux obstacles qui les empêchent de se développer, en dépit des efforts déployés par l’État pour revitaliser et améliorer son efficacité.
