يعتبر القطاع الفلاحي من أهم القطاعات التي يجب أن تهتم بها الدولة نظرا للعلاقة العكسية التي تربطه بالقطاعات الأخرى تأثيرا و تأثرا لذا قامت الجزائر بإقامة العديد من الهياكل و البرامج الداعمة لهذا القطاع و التي تهدف بمجملها إلى ترقيته و تنميته و التقليل من مشاكله و من بين هذه الآليات المخطط الوطني للتنمية الفلاحية دون أن نغفل عن الأغلفة المالية التي تم تخصيصها لهذا القطاع في إطار البرامج التنموية الممتدة من سنة 2000 إلى سنة 2015 و التي كان لها الأثر الإيجابي في ترقية هذا القطاع.
Abstract EN
The agricultural sector is considered to be one of the most important sectors to be considered by the State because of the adverse relationship it has with other sectors.
Algeria has established a number of structures and programs in support of this sector, which aim at promoting and developing it and reducing its problems.
For the agricultural development, without forgetting the financial envelope allocated to this sector within the framework of development programs from 2000 to 2015, which had a positive impact on this sector.

Le secteur agricole est considéré comme l’un des secteurs les plus importants à prendre en compte par l’État en raison de la relation défavorable qu’il entretient avec d’autres secteurs.
L’Algérie a mis en place un certain nombre de structures et de programmes d’appui à ce secteur afin de le promouvoir et de le développer et de réduire ses problèmes.
Pour le développement agricole, sans oublier l'enveloppe financière allouée à ce secteur dans le cadre des programmes de développement de 2000 à 2015, qui ont eu un impact positif sur ce secteur.
