Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship of knowledge management with the core competencies of organizations.

The theoretical study was dropped on the agencies of the Algerian mobile phone operator "Mobilis".

This study was conducted based on a psychometrically validated questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 178 agencies managers, following the descriptive analytical and hypothetical-deductive approach to test the hypotheses.

The study reached to accept and support the hypotheses established.
