The pupose of this work is to try to analyze the governance structures of the startup, and to study the perception of the Algerian leader in relation to governance, first through a theoretical reading, then by a survey carried out with of a sample of many Algerian startups.

Le but de ce travail est d'essayer d'analyser les structures de gouvernance de la startup, et d'étudier la perception du dirigeant Algérien par rapport à la gouvernance, d'abord à travers une lecture théorique, puis par une enquête effectuée auprès d'un échantillon de nombreuses startups Algériennes.
