The Rolling Forecast is a modern tool for developing rolling forecasts.
We want through this article to make a reconciliation between the traditional budget and the Rolling Forecast in order to highlight the multiple advantages enjoyed by the rolling forecast and following which large multinational companies favor the use of rolling forecast compared to the budget traditional in establishing their forecasts.
In this context it seemed useful to us to be interested in the most optimal methods and techniques in particular the rolling forecast, which allows companies to gain in reactivity and agility but also to obtain relevant forecasts with a very small margin of error.
The objective of this article is to highlight the advantages of the rolling forecast compared to the traditional budget.
For this we relied on a case study carried out within the real estate company BATIMETAL.
So the question raised in this article is: In an uncertain environment, is the rolling forecast more advantageous compared to the traditional budget?.

Le Rolling Forecast est un outil moderne d'élaboration de prévisions glissantes.
Nous voulons à travers cet article faire un rapprochement entre le budget traditionnel et le Rolling Forecast afin de faire valoir les multiples avantages dont joui le rolling forecast et suite auxquels de grandes entreprises multinationales favorisent l'utilisation du rolling forecast par rapport au budget traditionnel dans l'établissement de leurs prévisions.
Dans ce contexte il nous a paru utile de nous intéresser aux méthodes et techniques les plus optimales notamment le rolling forecast, qui permet aux entreprises de gagner en réactivité et agilité mais aussi d'obtenir des prévisions pertinentes comportant une marge d'erreur très faible.
L'objectif de cet article est de faire ressortir les avantages dont bénéficie le rolling forecast par rapport au budget traditionnel.
Pour cela nous nous sommes appuyés sur une étude de cas effectuée au sein de l'entreprise BATIMETAL immobilière.
Ainsi la question soulevée dans cet article est: Dans un environnement incertain, le rolling forecast est-il plus avantageux comparé au budget traditionnel?
