تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني اعتمد فيها الباحث على عينة عشوائية طبقية متساوية قدرت ب : 103 من الموظفين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع بسكرة و طبق الباحث استبيانين الأول متعلق بالثقافة التنظيمية و الثاني متعلق بالتوافق المهني و تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا وفق الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية نسخة 22.
و أفضت النتائج الرئيسية إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية السائد و مستوى التوافق المهني لدى موظفي مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر فرع بسكرة..
Abstract EN
This study aims at investigatory the relationship between organizational culture and professional adjustment.
Were administered to stratified random sample equals containing 103 employed chosen from the company of Algeria telecom biskra.
This made use two questionnaires 1st of the organizational culture and the2nd abaout professional adjustment and analyzing the data using statistical packages for the social sciences SPSS V 22.
The result obtained in this study revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational culture level and professional adjustment level.
