For that; he has established laws and principles, in international pacts and in national legislations, in order to prevent environment abusing.

The main problem is the audio pollution that has many causes and effects.

The Algerian legislator endeavors to state laws and to do the best to prevent this pollution.

Le but de cette étude est de mettre en évidence la protection de l'environnement en tant que composante essentielle de la survie humaine à la surface de la planète.

C'est pourquoi des lois et des réglementations ont été observées afin de prévenir les dommages à l'environnement, que ce soit dans les conventions internationales ou dans les législations nationales.
