This study is important for a case of Islamic Jerprudence about the sale of silent and no negotiations ( Al- Muatah).

This study aimes to explain the scholars point of views about the sale with ( Al – Muatah ) including their arguments .

and to the show the credit one .

After dealing with these religious arguments of scholars in this matter I found that the right point of view is the ability of the sale of silent and no negotiations .
