New Media, nowadays, occupies a great position, which enhances the opportunities for its impact on a wide and varied audience, nevertheless, its targeting of children, in particular, is noticeable.Most of the research and studies point to the inceasing position of new media for children.

Today, children form a wide range of users because of the time they spend in exposure to, and to adopt aspects of their psychological, social and cultural composition in some form.

The New Media has become an easy tool to produce crime, violence and delinquency in its different forms because of its potential to influence the cognitive, emotional and behavioral side of the child who acquires most of the values and cultural constituents from the symbolic environment, in which, the new media is one of its components.

This paper addresses the dimensions of these justified concerns mentioned by educators whenever they have the opportunity.
