Abstract EN

The interpretation of Imam al-Qurtubi carries among its folds many jurisprudential and hermeneutic issues as well as linguistic ones, the latter adopted by al-Qurtubi as a way to explain the Qur'anic rulings at times, and at other times evidence of the validity of what he goes to in terms of interpretations and jurisprudential deductions, to justify his Maliki school of thought.

However, what is meant in this article is to search for those linguistic issues that Al-Qurtubi raised in the midst of his interpretation of the Qur'anic verses, so that we show that strong attachment between the Qur'anic phenomenon as the protector of the back and survival of the language, and considering the latter as the bearer of the meaning of the Qur'an text, since the interpreter cannot oppose his diligence for the load of language And their customs, and then Al-Qurtubi knocked on the door of expressions and their meanings, and their multiplicity, in phenomena such as synonymy, contradiction, and the common verbal that they collected, were in the pages of "al djamia » a dispersion.

L'interprétation de l'Imam al-Qurtubi porte dans ses replis de nombreuses questions jurisprudentielles et herméneutiques ainsi que linguistiques, cette dernière adoptée par al-Qurtubi comme un moyen d'expliquer les décisions coraniques à certains moments, et à d'autres moments la preuve de la validité de ce qu'il fait en termes d'interprétations et de déductions jurisprudentielles, pour justifier sa doctrine maliki.

Cependant, ce que l'on entend dans cet article est de rechercher les problèmes linguistiques qu'Al-Qurtubi a soulevés au milieu de son interprétation des versets coraniques, afin que nous montrions ce fort attachement entre le phénomène coranique en tant que protecteur du dos et la survie de la langue, et en considérant cette dernière comme le porteur des significations du texte coranique, puisque l'interprète ne peut pas s'opposer à la portée du texte coranique.

Et leurs coutumes, puis Al-Qurtubi ont frappé à la porte des expressions et de leurs significations, et leur pluralité, dans des phénomènes tels que la synonymie, la contradiction et le verbal commun, qu'ils ont recueilli, étaient dans les pages de « al djamia » une dispersion.
