يتأسس الفضاء من خلال عدة مفاهيم و هو ما اصطلح عليه النقاد بفضاء الرواية الذي يتنوع إلى فضاء دلالي و فضاء نصي و فضاء كتابي وقد مثلت رواية "قصيد في التذلل" للطاهر وطار نموذجا للفضاء الروائي كونها تتكأ على عناصره من فضاء دلالي الذي يشكل كل الأماكن التي تمحورت حولها الرواية و الفضاء الكتابي الذي تبين فيه كيفية استغلال الكاتب للصفحة (ثنائية السواد و البياض) و أيضا الفضاء النصي كونه أداة اتصال القارئ بالمبدع لذا تعدت دلالات الفضاء في رواية "قصيد في التذلل

Space is based on several concepts, which critics have called the space of the novel, which varies into a semantic space, a text space, and a written space.
The written space in which the author exploited the page (the biblical and white), as well as the text space as a tool for communicating the reader with the innovator, so the space implications were more in the novel "a purpose in decay"
