the saints on the society of maghreb during the8 9 th century H/14 15thcentry N Y on the bouks «Ismae alsom fi itbate al charaf min qabeale el oum » by al morakshi al qasanetini al akmah and «Ismae al som fi itbate al charaf lil oum » par ibno marzouk el hafid tilimsani by ibn marzouk tilimsani This research highlights on the subject of saint class and its role on the society of maghreb during the 8 and 9 th century H Y /14and 15 th centure N Y one with an emphisis on the book witch run as follows - «Ismae alsom fi itbate al charaf min qabeale el oum » By al marakchi al qasanetini who in 807m.c/1404cc - «Ismae al som fi itbate al charaf lil oum » by ibn marzuouk died in 842 mc/1439cc The problématic of the saints had pawed the way for a huge scientific lebate between the versatib thinkers of the main city of maghreb.

some of them had rejected this phenomen; others had been for it and the others had taken the middle of the road.

this means that the scientific progress was seeing its glorious times on this region on the other hand , Al Murakshi and Ibn Merzuk had sent the last word on this affair rebying on strong argements The « saints » affair demanded some social moral and political rights.
