Research Summary: The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of the Presseisen model in speaking skills of fifth-grade literary students in the subject of history, by verifying the following zero hypothesis: (There are no statistically significant differences (0.05) between the average scores of female students of the experimental group that were studied according to the Presseisen model and the average score of female students of the control group that studied the traditional way in speaking skills).

The researcher used the experimental design with partial control, and randomly chose Belqis prep for girls from among the secondary and intermediate schools affiliated to the Qadisiyah Governorate Center, and the research was applied to a sample of fifth-grader literary students in the first semester of the academic year (2014-2015) for a period of (8) weeks, Chapters (first, second, and third) were taught from the book of scheduled history, as two divisions were chosen from among three randomly chosen people, as the number of female sample students reached (61) students (30) students in Division A, which represented the control group and (31) A student in class (B), who represented the experimental group, has been rewarded The two research groups have a number of variables such as (age, intelligence, achievement of half of the school year), and for the purpose of verifying the research goal the researcher prepared the research tool which is a measure of speaking skills, and after checking its validity and consistency and finding the discrimination factor for the paragraphs, the scale will be in its final form of (20) ) Paragraph, after completing the experiment and applying the tool to the research sample and statistically processing data using the SPSS statistical program to calculate the discrimination factor for scale paragraphs, Kay square, Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha Kronbach coefficient, T-test for two independent samples and the effect size equation, as the research showed the superiority of the total students Pilot students on the control group in speaking skills In light of this, the researcher recommended some recommendations, including the use of the Presseisen model in teaching history, and suggested conducting similar studies of variables, stages, and other study materials.
