Reading is the basis for building the human personality, and the means of constructing individual's tendencies and trends and deepening his culture.

This is why many researchers and thinkers assume it as a complex mental process that includes interpreting the symbols on which the reader's eye catches, and understanding their meanings in the light of previous experiences.

It is, therefore, not a visual activity that stands at the level of the symbols knowledge, but is a constructive process in which the reader plays the role of positive active therapist and has an effective role in the educational and cognitive achievement.

This is what occupied the scholars of education, especially in the issue of education for beginners through the application of several methods and techniques to improve the quality of educational performance, because they are the main source from which the learner derives information, experience, skills and values.
