Representation has occupied its supreme position among the rhetorical arts in terms of making the greatest impact on the soul, as it includes the elements of the image that address the spiritual and carries in its folds the artistic measures of the literary work which takes the place of mental proof and the rational argument in the work.

Representation is, therefore, a special technique in the rhetorical process, based on analogy/simile between two cases at the upstream, and it is intended to conclude the end of either of them by looking downstream at its analogies; The argumentative energy provided by the representation is able to excite the recipient and occupy his thinking by searching for the relationship that brings together the image of the compared/assimilated and the compared to/assimilated to, and the effect this pictorial relationship has on the recipient has the same effect on persuasion and acceptance of these representations.

The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, sees representation as a rhetoric tool with influences on Muslims from many facets, as it conveys the mind from the meaning in the ordinary pictorial state to the authentication one, because it acts as the soul's engine, pointing to the external meaning after saying: observing, leading to the denial of suspicion and doubt on the recipient.
