And intent is an essential element in irony, as the satirist must give the recipient signals that he does not mean the superficial/locutionary meaning of his words.

As irony is a means of rhetoric, so the satirist seeks to persuade the recipient of the opposite of what he pronounces, this is because he speaks the opposite of what he thinks, and therefore he tries to trick the recipient to achieve influence over him, and he tries to make him surrender to the satirical broadcast.

And irony is a stylistic trick, like many tricks aiming to deceive the recipient, the speaker / satirist resorts to in order to deceive the recipient- even for a while/temporarily - until he stands on the speaker's purposefulness.

In order to correct this rd scene through context and situation, it is a cunning view, and it is not correct to stand at the superficial meaning.
