We try through the present research paper to show the argumentation functions that the speech of Oum Zaraa is holding, and when searching for the speech context elements, we have found that the argumentation aspects had appeared through the eloquence and linguistic mechanisms.

So how each spouse of the women who were together has been able to convince the other ones to be well treated or mistreated by her husband through the argumentation utterances? And how was the speech of the prophet Mohamed peace be upon him a convincing speech? Consequently, we seek to reach a contemporary reading of the prophet Mohamed speech incarnated in one of the most famous prophetic sayings that aim to clarify the good character that should have a husband towards his wife.
