verbal ambiguity and its indications in Ma'ani Al Qur'an (Al-Akhfash).

This paper investigates the verbal ambiguity and its indication through creating a lexicon that lists the terms alphabetically with accompanying their indications as it is in Ma'ani Al Qur'an (Al-Akhfash).

Because of the importance of the differences in one diacritic and one letter and how they affect and determine the meaning, Al Akhfash was aware of the verbal nuances between minimal pairs that cause differences in pronunciation and signification which Al Akhfash elaborated in his book Ma'ani Al Qur'an.

Therefore, I choose some of that morphological paradigm to study and see how they affect the meaning.
