the Renewable sources of energy are so enviromentally-friendly that can contribute tremendously to the sustainability of alternative energy and support all the basic infrastructures, including the urban fabric, which requires a large amount of electrical energy to be used in both the built and non-built spaces, so it is necessary to rationalize the use of fossil energy and integrate renewable energies in the urban development plans for constructed buildings which are equipped for residential use ,or public facilitieIN in order to reduce the rate of pollution which have negative implications for boththe ecological structure of natural resources (green economy) and public health due to the emission of greenhouse gases (urban pollution), so it is incumbent on the algerian State to focus on this developmental dimension of the strategic investment relared to its national policy to prepare all regions for the integration of renewable energies - solar energy, wind energy, hydropower, heat energy in the urban fabric as a result of its great importance for the promotion of buildings and urban planning as well as the enviromental policy of the smart cities.
