أجري هذا البحث بمستشفى الحسين الجامعي-قسم أمراض النساء و التوليد و قسم التخدير على 125 حالة وضع في المرحلة الأولى من الولادة.
كان الغرض من هذا البحث هو تقييم بعض العقاقير المسكنة الحديثة على تخفيف آلام الوضع و كذا تأثير هذه العقاقير على غازات الأم و الجنين مثل الأوكسجين، ثاني أكسيد الكربون، البيكربونات، و كذلك حمضية دم الأم و الجنين.
استعمل عقار الترامادول هيدروكلوريد، و عقار البنتازوستين هيدروكلورايد، و عقار ترترات البيوتارفانول، و عقار الثالبوفين هيدروكلورايد، و كذلك عقار الترامادول هيدروكلورايد كمسكنات في الولادة في هذا البحث ثبت من هذا البحث أن عقاري الترامادول و البيوثارفانول لهما تأثير مسكن قوي على آلام الوضع مقارنة بالعقارين الآخرين، و قد ثبت أيضا أن المسكنات التي استعملت أحدثت هبوط بالجهاز التنفسي و حمضية أيضا في الجنين و هذه التغيرات كانت واضحة جدا في عقاري البينتازوسين و النالبوفين و في نفس الوقت كان تغيرات بسيطة و قليلة في عقاري البيوتارفانول و الترامادول.
Abstract EN
This study attempted to compare the analgesic properties of pentazocine hydrochloride, nalbuphine hydrochloride, butarphanol tartarate and tramadol hydrochloride given during labour and their potential effects on maternal and fetal blood gases and pH.
Tramadol and butarphanol analgesics were superior to either nalbuphine or pentazocine in relieving labour pain.
The studied analgesics caused maternal respiratory acidosis and fetal metabolic acidosis and these acidetic changes were marked with pentazocine moderate with nalbuphine and minimal with butarphanol and tramadol analgesia.
