Abstract EN

This paper discusses the subject of qualifying specialists in the field of records and archives management at A'Sharqiya University.

In addition to testing its compatibility with international references and with labor market in the Sultanate of Oman.

This study deals, in fact, with the experience the University in training the future professional in archives' field, comparing with French standards.

The comparison of the study plan with labor work requirements will take part, also, in this paper by studying the opinions of some institutions in the Sultanate of Oman through their supervisions of department's students training.
