The increasing economic and environmental problems and consequently the challenges resulting from that situation, necessitate new concrete solutions that fit our reality and the available resources.
These solutions must result from the work of the society on itself and its ability to act and change.
In that context, we do suggest the experience of a Tunisian environmental association (Gda of Sidi Amor) as an example of actors belonging to the civil society.
In fact, the issue of the mobilization of natural resources for social goals is becoming one of the questions that need investigation and study to find other resources that may participate in the economic and social development.

Face aux problèmes économiques et environnementaux grandissants et aux défis sociaux résultants d'une telle situation critique; la quête d'autres solutions concrètes et qui correspondent à notre réalité et aux ressources disponibles est devenue obligatoire.
Ces solutions doivent se résulter du travail de la société sur elle-même, son pouvoir d'agir et de faire changer.
C'est dans ce contexte que nous avons proposé l'expérience de l'association tunisienne (le groupement agricole de Sidi Amor) en ce sujet comme étant acteur de la société civile.
En effet, la question de la mobilisation des ressources naturelles dans des objectifs sociaux semble devenir une phase exploratoire qui cherche à visualiser autres sources de développement social et économique.
