Abstract EN

The research handles in criticism , comparison, and analysis the narrations which have been reached from the peace pledge which is conveyed from Khalifa Omer Bin Alkhattab to AL-Quds city when victory which is known "Omeriya Ohda" This research contains introduction and documental study to this title, through following and research there are many texts to this title, but this research conclude to there isn't any evidence to the text of this title from Hadeeth point according criterion of narrators , but depending on Tbari's famous text as a witness from historical side.

And this study arrived to refusing pledge (Omariya) text which is a message to Sofrenous because it has not a source.

And driving away what is known as (Omariya) conditions because the weakness of its documents.

The research concluded with photo's manuscripts appendix to this Omariya pledge, but it is illustration that it needs more studies around the sources of these manuscripts to confirm its trueness after the impossibility of its narrations.
