The aim of this article is to highlight the importance of satisfying the psychological and social needs of the worker in the work system, and to display their role in controlling and directing the behavior.

The importance of the subject of psychological and social needs is manifested in being a basic source of psychological adjustment and mental health.

This article also describes the most important legal frameworks and rules legislated by the legislator, which were enacted periodically, as required by the changes of the age of the emergence of modern technologies and technologies, and the emergence of new problems, pests and diseases that threaten the quality of life and welfare of the worker were not previouslyexist.

It also describes the duality of self and the subject and its role in shaping the quality of life of the worker, in that it is an important factor for the worker to enjoy good psychological health in the work system.
