Abstract EN

This research aimed to determine the role of the quality of the work-life in reducing the practice of the administrative corruption in its various forms in the Tax Authority in the central Delta region, in addition, to reveal the extent of the existing differentiation among workers in different job categories in terms of their awareness of both the level of work-life quality and the level of administrative corruption in the authority where they work.

The research revealed several results, the most important of which is: that the quality of work-life has a negative effect on the administrative corruption, which means that it can be used as a tool to reduce the administrative corruption.

The study also found that there is a moral distinction between the differentiation among workers in their various functionalities groups in terms of their awareness of both the level of quality of work-life and the level of administrative corruption in the authority where they work.
