The Researcher Used The Dedutive method.

The results of the research showed that: The contours relationship between teacher and learner of (Ibn Al Azraq) peace be upon him Appear below: reciprocation respect, benefit and profiting, counsel, concern on scholars gathering attention to the Science Council, good assumption and cover up disgraces.

In light of these results, the researcher recommended to return to the books of the ancestors (al Salaf) peace and mercy of Allah be upon them, in order to root out the educational issues, And to putting out their scientific and educational output in all fields.
