The study aimed to suggest a conception to evaluate the tests prepared by the faculty members at Mutah University, the study sample was consisted (380) faculty member, A condition list consisting of (76) conditions divided into four fields, The a condition list was verified by calculating the correlation coefficients between performance on the condition and performance on the overall conditions, The results showed that the application teaching staff at Mutah University to all constructing tests conditions was medium.

and this is evidence on the importance of the suggested concept in developing the application of the faculty members at Mutah University for building tests conditions.
