The research aims to design a program to train science teachers on professional competencies in the light of the sample of the study of (30) teachers and teachers, which were rewarded in some variables.

The researcher adopted the experimental design of the same group with the tribal and remote test.

The performance of science teachers before and after the training, and the second is a collection test to determine the level of achievement of teachers before and after the training program, and the third included the evaluation stage, a form to know the views of the trainee coach and the training program was verified the validity and stability of the research tools using a number of Statistical results showed Wa'el superiority of science teachers trained on professional skills program according to their needs and in the light of this, the researcher put a number of recommendations and proposals
