The purpose of research is to identify the level of knowledge economy among kindergarten teachers, to detect the level of psychological differentiation among kindergarten teachers, to reveal the relationship between the level of the knowledge economy and the psychological differentiation of kindergartens.

The study of kindergartens in Baghdad - Karkh II, a random sample of 75 teachers were tested, the researcher found the following results: There is a statistically significant difference between the mean and the arithmetic mean of kindergarten teachers on the knowledge economy tool, there is a statistically significant difference between the mean and the arithmetic mean of kindergarten teachers on the self-identification tool, there is a high correlation between the variables of the knowledge economy and psychological differentiation.

According to the results reached by the researcher, number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions have been submitted.
