This paper seeks to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the HR functionality within the development of this function's scope, particularly with the recent emergence and development of the concept of social responsibility as well as the growing number of organizations adopting socially responsible HR practices.

The study found that the practice of CSR has many effects on HR policies and practices by directing the practitioners of the HR function (HRD, HRR, etc.

) towards the implementation of activities.

Socially responsible which constitute "Responsible HR Management", this latter can be accomplished if we involve all employees in the social responsibility project according to several social indicators in four fundamental stages: Raising awareness, Educating, Mobilizing, and Accountability.
