The study tries to highlight energy as a main focus in the economies of countries to push forward sustainable development in various fields (political, economic and social), so we will focus in this study on the importance of the consequences of the epidemic outbreak (COVID 19) on the stronger state of the country's strategies.

This, given the country's energy position in domestic and foreign policy, is undercase the impact of the epidemic (COVID 19).

We will therefore try to highlight three major shifts in the context of an epidemic (COVID 19), as well as the global spread of the epidemic in the context of oil price instability, as the global economy and the consequences of the global epidemic (COVID 19) on countries of both types of energy.
