Abstract EN

: To describe a simplified technique for tie-over dressing. lethods: Twenty patients who had skin graft for a skin defect over the period of one year (June 2002 - June ad our staples technique of dressing. Results: In our technique, we used one thread in 90% of the cases and two threads in 10%.

There was 50%> cu f the time (10 minutes) needed to fix the dressing.

In some patients we had to remove the dressing early and w sle to reapply it again. conclusion: The technique we used was a simple, rapid, and reproducible one.
