شددت السنة النبوية على حسن الجوار، وأكدت على ضرورة الإحسان إلى الجار، وأداء حقه؛ حيث أنزله رسول الله (صل الله عليه وسلم) منزلة الوارث؛ تعظيما لحقه، ومراعاة لحرمته.
كما توعد من لا يأمن جاره شروره.
ومن صور الإحسان إلى الجار: حسن العشرة له، وكف الأذى عنه، وتحمل ما قد يصدر عنه، ومد يد العون له.
Abstract EN
The Prophet’s Sunnah emphasized good neighborliness, the necessity for the mercy of the neighbor, and the fulfillment of his rights.
the messenger, peace be upon him, likened him to the heir out of respect for his right and respect for his stature.
he also threatened the one whose neighbor is afraid of his evils.
among the forms of kindness with the neighbor: treating him well, preventing harm from him, bearing his harm, and helping him.
