The Hawaiian Islands are located in the center of the Pacific Ocean, Its capital Honolulu, Called the first time Sandwich Islands, It is of volcanic origin surrounded by coral reefs.
Its population is ethnically ethnic Polynesian.
Discovered by Captain James Cook (1728-1779) Who lost his life during his third and last trip during an armed conflict with the local population.
Hawaii became part of the United States in 1898.
The evangelization of Hawaii began at the hands of American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions (1820).
These missions have had a significant impact on the local traditions of the inhabitants of these islands, Have appeared remarkably in their local legends, some of which were influenced by the Bible as will be seen from the present study
