تقييم كفاءة التوزيع المكاني للخدمات التعليمية و الصحية في مدينة ربيعة باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS)‎

Abstract EN

The research tackled the functional efficiency of the educational and health services in the city of Rabea through comparing the actual reality of these services to the standards of planning of the Iraqi ministry of planning and analyzing data by using geographical information technology(GIS) to reach results with great objectivity and accuracy that in their turn lead to the knowing of the pattern of the spatial distribution via the nearest neighbor analysis that its value is (1.05) in primary schools, (0, 83) in secondary schools and the standard distance with the values of (1, 43), (1, 23) for both phases and knowing the range of the effect of their services in the citywide.

The results of the effect of these functional services are(% 15, 1) in primary schools, (% 32, 7) in secondary schools.

These results make it possible to diagnose the weak points and then find out the suitable solutions and the right way of planning in the future
