Despite the prosperity of the juristic heritage as the fruit of diligence, and even though the originals have set the scientific basics that have become references in juristic deduction, there is still an insufficient data regarding the process used in juristic inference and the constituent elements of the latter.

respectively, this study attempts, on the one hand, to treat and reveal the already set data, and, on the other hand, it highlights how to invest these basics to acquire juristic genius.

the former deals with the theoretical foundations of science and how concepts are formed and exchanged between various sciences, hence these elements, constitute a research topic worthy to deal with.

meanwhile, this study focuses mainly and only on those general procedures that the jurist refers to in a logical sequence while addressing the jurisprudential issue.

again, this study is a contribution to modify the course of jurisprudence (Fiqh).

to answer this hypothesis, the researcher relies on a descriptive approach to collect the scientific material from its aspects and analyze it.

additionally, he refers to sub curricula that constitute reliable tools to explain the elements of juristic reasoning, towards the method of inner reflection and of conclusion.

in this context, an outline has come with an introduction and three topics.

they deal in succession with the issues of jurisprudence (Fiqh) and its exports and what it derived from it.

moving in a second perspective to the juristic reasoning and its fundamentals, then the procedures of juristic reasoning and its steps.

without forgetting in this respect, a conclusion that reviews the most valuable results of this study and its findings.
